Arts Presenters welcomes you, our new colleagues, who are attending APAP Conference NYC for the first time – as well as those who have found this web page to get a refresher on how to make the most of your time at the Conference! A brief overview of helpful resources and programs is listed below.

APAP Conference NYC 2010 will offer almost 4,000 attendees and thousands of events and activities, including a large array of professional development sessions, plenary speeches, special sessions, EXPO Hall interaction, and showcases that you can chose from to customize your experience. The links below will help provide you with the resources you need to help you decide where to focus, and how to get the most out of your time in New York.

Mentoring Program

As a first-time APAP Conference attendee, sign up for our mentoring program. We match you with an experienced field professional, who will contact you before the Conference to answer any questions you might have. When you arrive in New York, plan to attend the New Colleagues Orientation Session to continue to refine your conference experience. This time-honored Arts Presenters tradition has fostered some wonderful relationships that span entire careers.

NOTE: You must register as a delegate in order to qualify for the Mentoring Program. If you didn't sign up for mentoring when you registered, please send an email to info@apapconference.org or call the Conference Hotline at 1-888-717-2727 to request a mentor.
