Creative Campus Innovations Grant Program – Have you heard the latest buzz about the Creative Campus program? This is more than just another grant opportunity. Funded by the Doris Duke Charitable Foundation, this grant program supports innovative partnerships to integrate the work of performing arts presenters into the academy and engage the campus and surrounding community. National Endowment for the Arts Funding – President Obama recently requested a 4 percent increase in the FY 2010 budget allocation for the NEA, totaling $161.3 million. As the appropriations process turns to Congress for action, the arts community is urging legislators to support a total appropriation of $200 million for FY 2010.

White Space Update – The June 12 deadline is fast approaching for Arts Presenters members who own, rent and operate wireless microphone equipment to vacate the portion of the "white space"–channels 52-69, between 700 and 800 MHz frequencies. Depending on make and model, your equipment could be re-banded with a new frequency range. Otherwise, it will need to be replaced.
