Schedule/Program Overview

The APAP Conference NYC 2009 is built around compelling and authoritative presentations by leading experts from the presenting and other fields (APAP PLENARIES); interactive professional development seminars and issues sessions (APAP FORUM); the world's largest performing arts marketplace (APAP EXPO); and the extraordinary assemblage of more than 1,200 live SHOWCASE performances that are independently presented by APAP members for APAP members throughout New York City during the conference (APAP SHOWCASES).

Designed to complement one another, these four major activity types are scheduled so that APAP Conference attendees can create personal itineraries allowing in-depth exposure across all areas. In addition, U.S. and Canadian presenting consortia, alliances, and other industries schedule and host a variety of membership and special interest sessions, some of which are open to attendees, as well as consultations. All are documented in the APAP Conference NYC detailed schedule.

Full schedule details are available to registered delegates in MyPlanner.
