Showcases

Over 1,000 showcase performances are performed over the four days of the conference. Works range from pop, jazz, classical and world music to theater, dance, opera, family programming, experimental works, international sensations and everything in between. Showcases are presented by artists, managers and agents during APAP Conference NYC in a variety of venues throughout the New York City area, including the conference hotel, the Hilton New York. Showcases offer an unparalleled opportunity for presenters and others to see and experience work firsthand as they plan upcoming seasons. If you are considering producing a showcase for the first time, find more information here.

APAP does not jury, curate or produce the Showcases. All costs associated with producing a Showcase are the responsibility of the Showcase producer. Admission to Showcases must be complimentary to all Arts Presenters attendees. You must wear your badge! Note that seating is limited at many venues, so please check the RSVP requirements in specific listings in the Showcase Listing Book, and make reservations as appropriate.

Showcase producers may purchase a showcase listing at www.apapconference.org, which will appear in both online and printed guides to Showcases around the city. Showcase Listings will be available for purchase in mid-October.
