Super Early is Now Open!
For the first time, we have introduced a Super Early registration! Members can now register for the upcoming APAP Conference NYC 2010 at last year's price of $640, making this the third year in a row that Arts Presenters has held this attractive registration rate!
Super Early registration is being offered to accommodate many members who have asked to register before their fiscal year ends on June 30 – and to offer a Super Early rate to those members who are willing to register and take advantage of the $640 registration rate before the full conference content or detailed schedule is available.
The Super Early registration rate will be in effect through July 17, 2009. On July 21 APAP's traditional early registration period will begin, and the rate will be $695.
More details on the conference schedule, educational tracks and EXPO booth registration will follow in July. Other registration options (i.e., one day, student, substitution registration) will be available in July with the launch of APAP's traditional early registration. But remember, Super Early registration is your chance to lock in the lowest conference fees for 2010!
Low Hotel Rates at the Sheraton and Hilton Available Now!
Once you've registered for the conference, you will be able to take advantage of our great hotel room rates by booking your conference room nights. The Sheraton has reduced the conference rates to $189/single or double a night, and the Hilton is offering a rate of just $208/single, a modest $4 increase from last year.
