Participating student volunteers are asked to work 12 hours before or during the five days of the conference. Volunteer Hours are scheduled between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm. Please indicate your availability below:

The form is an application request to become a volunteer.
The application will be reviewed and if I am accepted as a volunteer I will be sent a code to register online to be a volunteer.
As a student volunteer, I understand that I must work 12 hours for the conference, in exchange for my registration.
When not scheduled for work, I can take advantage of all conference events including workshops, meetings and showcase performances.
I will receive a free student membership for one year upon completion of the required hours.
I understand that Arts Presenters does not provide housing, but will provide a list of recommended hotels. It is understood that student volunteers are financially responsible for their accommodations as well as transportation to New York.
